My BT hubphone is continually showing as charging. Anyone know if this is normal?
When in its cradle, the hubphone battery icon registers that it is continually charging without reaching full. I have tried new batteries, and have received a new homehub and phone to cure the problem. But this one does it as well! It has all the latest upgrades, so I am wondering if this is normal? If I use the extra external charger supplied, it says fully charged. I don’t think I am alone with issue! Bt reckon this is not a problem.
dont worry its normal because that happens to my one but if you leave it in the cradle for charging then it will show full battry charge up. It happens to mine as well. Its just the matter of leaving it in the charging for few hours. But dont worry because there is nothing wrong with your phone. And BT are right because it aint a problem. I have bought so many BT phones and they do the same thing but after some time they show full battery. Dont worry BT phones are very very good, they dont break down so easily mate.
